Any workmanship faults in the material and the structure under normal use according to the Paradise Bliss specifications is covered under our 12 month warranty.
In the unlikely case you experience any major failures with the Paradise Bliss product, all customers are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. We also offer replacement of parts if you experience any minor failures.
The warranty is not valid if the damage is due from the following:
If defects occur from improper care or use including any failure to use the product in accordance with the recommendations or instructions provide;
Normal wear and tear from daily use to be expected over extended time, including scratches to the frame, damages to the handlebar grips and wear to the wheels;
Damages from incorrect assembly;
Accidents and impact damages or damages caused by an Airline or Freight companies;
Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party;
Damage resulting from extreme storage conditions.
How to submit a warranty claim:
If you would like to submit a warranty claim send an email to and supply us with the following:
A copy of your receipt that was emailed to you when the pram was purchased
A description of the defect
Photos and/or videos of the defect
If the pram is required to be returned to our warehouse for inspection or to be replaced, we will arrange it to be collected for you free of charge.
