If you have purchased the 3 in 1 pram and decide it doesn’t suit your lifestyle, you are able to return it free of charge as long as the pram is in its original packaging and in its original condition.
We understand you can feel uneasy purchasing an item online without testing the product, therefore, we have a free return 90 day return policy.
The 90 day returns are not valid in the following cases:
Unable to supply a copy of the receipt that is emailed to you when the pram is purchased
The pram is not in its original packaging
The pram is not in its original condition
How to return the pram:
If you would like to return the pram within the 90 day period, please email this request to and enclose a copy of the receipt that was emailed to you when the pram was purchased.
All you are required to do is the following:
Ensure the pram is repacked in its original box. Please do your best to preserve the packaging when you receive the pram.
Once you have email us we will send you the labels to stick to the box for our Courier to collect the pram.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that is refund is being processed.
After receiving the pram your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days
